I don’t think I’ve ever had such fantastic customer service before as I do with David. We use his service for my elderly mum who has arthritis, where cooking has simply become too painful, along with mobility issues meaning grocery shopping is arduous at best.

Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him. It’s a shock to have the phone answered by the owner, who seems to be there all the time, and it’s always a pleasure to speak to him. I’ve also met the delivery people a few times (we’re night owls) & they are sweet and respectful, which is important for an elderly lady living on her own.

I live in the UK, and knowing my mum has wonderful healthy meals at home has taken an enormous weight off my mind. I’m so grateful that we found this company, and my only wish is that they were over here, as I’d love to use them myself!

If you are looking for this type of service, I urge you to try it for a week

Amazing service! I really can’t say enough great things about this company. The food is delicious, fresh and healthy, and the portions sizes are great. The menus are creative and varied. David provides the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had the pleasure of speaking to him on the phone and he was very kind and accommodating.

I have a very demanding job in the financial district and this is the perfect solution to my busy schedule. I was always worried about where my next meal would come from. Essential has been a huge stress relief for me and I have peace of mind knowing healthy delicious food arrives at my door step. I was hesitant to start because of cost but the 20 package was a great way to try it and I haven’t looked back. It is truly worth every penny and I actually spend less than I would on expensive salads in food courts downtown. And the stress relief and time I save is priceless!

I’ve tried one other meal service and it really didnt compare. Essential is the best if you are looking for meal delivery.
